How long does my order take to ship?

Most of our items are handmade and prepared after your order is placed, so they are typically shipped within 1–10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At the moment, we ship only to EU countries.
We hope to expand our shipping regions soon!

What is your return policy? 

For personalized/custom-made items, returns are not accepted. We always proceed with your confirmation before starting any custom work, but if you are still not satisfied, we will do our best to make it right.

For non-custom items, we accept returns, with the return shipping cost covered by the customer.
If there is an issue with the product (faulty or incorrect item), all return shipping costs are covered by us.
